Bath Astronomers’ have created a box of astronomical discovery which is available to primary and middle schools to support their teaching of science and specifically space and the night sky. Not local? Don’t worry, each lesson has details on what to adapt and what resources to gather so you can enjoy our free lessons, wherever you are.

The Loan Box is a large flight case on wheels and contains a telescope, 19 pairs of binoculars, a gravity well, a tellurium (for teaching Moon phases and seasons), and materials to craft planispheres and CD spectroscopes.
